* Free coverage is for up to $100,000 of Full Replacement Coverage, $0 deductible. Actual value of coverage is based on the weight of your household goods shipment, and covered value is based on $5 per pound of coverage. Members can purchase additional coverage at a cost of $.85 per $100 of coverage.
** Per diem is paid on shipments weight 3,500 lbs or more. All shipments must be registered with northAmerican Van Lines at least 14 days prior to the requested load date. Delay claim submissions must be presented to northAmerican Van Lines within 6 months of delivery. Per diem does not apply to shipments delivered to a storage facility at origin or destination, nor to shipments delivered to a residence from destination storage. Other restrictions may apply, please ask your relocation consultant for a copy of all tariff restrictions.
