Seattle Sutton’s Healthy eating was founded in 1985 by Seattle Sutton, who was looking for ways to help her husband – a former Air Force doctor – by showing patients how to eat properly to battle health issues and recover from illness. From there, the idea for Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating – with nutritious, pre-prepared meals delivered directly to the home – was born.
