Budget Car Rental's discount can only be applied at the time of booking and is not available retroactively. In order to compare WeSalute+ discount rates with public rates, please refer to the public rates on budget.com.

In Canada, the customer will receive a minimum 5% discount off of the lowest available discountable time and mileage retail rates when using the WeSalute BCD # as part of the booking.

I. A discount up to 10% will also apply to moving trucks/vehicles at participating Budget locations throughout Canada only.

You will receive International Tariff Rates when using the assigned WeSalute BCD# as part of the booking.

*Dollars off applies to the base time and mileage charges only, on a minimum base time and mileage spend of $175. Offer valid on a minimum three consecutive day rental. This offer is based on the currency of the location of check-out and subject to applicable exchange rates. Not valid on car group X. All taxes (including but not limited to Air Conditioning Excise Recovery Fee, Concession Recovery Fee,Vehicle License Recovery Fee, Energy Recovery Fee, Tire Management Fee, and Frequent Travel Program Fee) and surcharges (including but not limited to Customer Facility Charge and Environmental Fee Recovery Charge) are extra. Optional products such as LDW and refueling are extra. One coupon per rental. May not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion or offer. An advance reservation is required. Coupon cannot be transferred, sold and we reserve the right to change terms anytime at our sole discretion. Coupon valid at participating Budget Airport locations in the U.S. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at time of reservation and may not be available during holiday periods, other blackout dates, or on certain rates. Dollars off coupons presented/entered during reservation are calculated at time of reservation. Renter must meet Budget age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years old. Rental must begin on or before 09/30/2026.

Pay Now rates can be canceled but a fee will always apply. When refunds are requested, they must be called in to the dedicated number provided in the redemption steps or emailed to customer support.
